Return and Refund Policy

  • Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • All merchandise must be returned in new condition, with original tags and packaging. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box.
  • We do not accept items with cosmetic stains, deodorant stains, pet hair, perfume/detergent smell, or smoke.
  • Some heavily discounted items may be marked as FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
  • Shoe boxes must be returned in perfect condition and in the original shipping box or protective packaging.
  • Any damage to the shoe box or markings on the outside will not be accepted.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at customer@rollingcoco.com. We will provide instructions on how and where to send the package at the buyer's expense.
  • Returns sent without prior request will not be accepted.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original form of payment.
