Shipping policy

At our store, we strive to offer you the best shipping options regardless of your location. Our commitment is to ensure prompt and efficient service.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement, including order verification, quality check, and packing. Shipments typically take 15 business days (Monday-Friday) to arrive. Please note that our shipping department operates Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Weekend orders are processed and shipped on the following Monday and Tuesday.

Address Modification:

If you need to update your phone number or address after placing an order, please contact our customer service promptly. Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify the information.

Order Cancellation:

To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If our fulfillment center has not processed your order, we will attempt to halt the shipment. However, we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been placed.

Shipping Cost Calculation:

We provide free delivery for orders exceeding £34.99. For orders below £34.99, a flat delivery fee of £4.99 is applied.

Custom Duties and Import Fees:

The prices displayed on our product detail pages already include taxes. Therefore, the price you see is the total amount you need to pay.

International Shipping:

Currently, we only ship within the UK. Please ensure that the delivery address is within the UK. Each order will be shipped to a single address. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, separate payments are required.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking:

Upon completing your order, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing tracking information. In some cases, items may be shipped separately to expedite processing, resulting in multiple tracking numbers. Please allow up to 2 business days for tracking numbers to update after shipment.

Package Delivery:

Most orders do not require a physical signature or your presence upon delivery. Packages will be left in your mailbox, porch, patio, entrance, or any convenient location accessible to the delivery team.
